Background:From a global perspective, Aerobics plays more and more important role in leisure and promoting health.Professional training and education of young Aerobics athletes have
important impacts on the future development of this field. Currently, education systems of young Aerobics athletes are having a variegated nature or appearance in China, and its development in both
theory and practice becomes very important foundation and source to cultivate high quality Aerobics athletes and elite professional performers in the future. The purpose of this study was to establish
the education system related to physical education and sport, and integrated theory into practice for training high quality young Aerobics athletes in China. In addition, may assist in education of
young aerobics athletes and put forward some countermeasures.
Methods:Methods of documentation, investigation and causality analysis were employed for analyzing the present situation and cause of education systems for young Aerobics athletes.
Results:(1)the current education systems: there were many various education systems of young Aerobics athletes in China. For example, high school and elementary school of a
distinguishing feature, young Aerobics athletes club, institute of physical education and national training base.
(2)The cause of formation: strong policy and effective measures, protuberant national Aerobics team, Aerobics industry and civil activities.
(3)The future direction: the education system related to physical education and sport has receiving growing attention. It can play a unique role in contributing to the achievement of Aerobics in
Conclusions:It was pointed out that the education system related to physical education and sport has receiving growing attention. It can play a unique role in contributing to the
achievement of Aerobics in China. To sum up, the cultivating system of qualified youngsters aerobics athletes were established according to the selected culture education system, training system,
competition system, and evaluation system.
