Background: It studied the teaching link system’s construction of learning difficulty elements in sports aerobics, and explored factors and methods of improving the quality of
completing difficulty elements, which aimed at providing theoretical references and practical guides for exploring scientific teaching and training of the difficulty elements in sports aerobics .
Methods: Methods of documentation, causality analyzing, investigation and expert interview were employed for analyzing the teaching links of difficulty elements in sports aerobics.
Results: 1. The definition of the teaching links system: the teaching link system of learning difficulty elements in sports aerobics was a system with retiary structure links and has
overall functions. Through optimizing the combination of the motor technology links, the motor quality links and methodology of training links of the typical basic difficulty elements, it consisted of
different teaching links needed in the process of learning difficulty elements, which was classified according the difficult degree and complexity of technologies, the relational conditions of
establishing technologies and the training methodologies of forming technologies.2. The basis and principles of establishing teaching links system. 2.1 The establishing basis: the basic theory of
forming motor habits; the storing regularity of specialized sports; the biomechanical characteristics of sport technologies. 2.2 The establishing principles: highlight the systemic with the typical
basic difficulty elements as the core; highlight the relevance with the motor habits’ positive transferences as the direction; highlight the sequential with the technical preparation as the
forerunner; highlight the proportionality with the wide-basic developments of different difficulty elements; highlight the uniqueness with digging the potential advantages of the difficulty element
habits. 3. The classification of link structures in teaching links system. 3.1 The relationship between different structures: the retiary structure includes some horizontal structure links and some

Conclusions: In the teaching links system of difficulty element habits in sports aerobics, this paper tried to reveal the internal relationship between the sport structures, the sport
qualities and the training methodologies. It is in favor of expanding the habit innovations of difficulty elements and links and it is also in favor of promoting the completing qualities and artistic
value of difficulty elements.
